Learning Outcomes and Application This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required to promote a learning environment in which work and learning are integrated to support the achievement of individual and organisational objectives.The unit is applicable to all public safety personnel who have a leadership role in their organisation, it is particularly relevant to those with supervisory or managerial responsibilities for teams.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Assessment Tasks

Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
